Reflecting on my experience at PyConES 2024, presenting the session on upgrading to Pydantic V2 was both exciting and rewarding. It was great to connect with the Python community in Vigo and dive into the technical nuances of handling breaking changes and leveraging Pydantic’s performance improvements. A big part of what made the event truly memorable was sharing these days with my colleagues—their presence and camaraderie made all the difference and turned the conference into an even greater experience.

But above all, the Spanish Python community was the heart and soul of the event. Their enthusiasm, support, and energy make this community stand out, and it’s always inspiring to be part of it. Their passion is what makes events like PyConES special, creating an atmosphere where learning and collaboration thrive.
